How to track my order

Orders are usually processed within 1-7 working days. Some products may extend the processing process. Please refer to the notification for the specific update content. You can view all your order records in your "Account Backstage-Order History".

 - If you have completed the payment, but the order still shows "waiting for processing", because this order is being reviewed by the risk control section, it usually takes 1-3 working days.

 - When the order shows "payment successful", it means that we have started to process your order.

 - When the order displays "updated", it means that the package is already being sorted.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

We may ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

Oversized home items will ship with a freight delivery service and will take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Our freight service will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time. Additional shipping may be added to the standard shipping costs of oversized home items and will be indicated during checkout. Express Ship methods are not available and we are not able to ship to international locations, U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.


How To Start Your Return or Exchange 

We support a free return and exchange service for up to 90 days. Please try to contact our customers before canceling the order!



  1. Locate Your Order

Click on My Account and select Order History. From the Order Details page, click START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.


  1. Select Your Items

Locate the items you wish to return or exchange. If the item was a gift, check the Gift box to receive an eGift card for the refund.


  1. Get Your Return Label

Print your label and pack up your items. We’ll send you an email with your return tracking number.


  1. Drop Off Your Return

Take your return to any USPS facility or schedule a pickup at www.usps.com. Select oversized items may be required to be returned via UPS. Please check your return label.


  1. Receive Your Refund!

Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.
